Dr. Steen and his staff were WONDERFUL! Dr. Steen explained everything to me in ways I understood. Day of procedure, his nurses chatted with me as I was getting “hooked up”. I was never left alone, and I felt very well taken care of. The perfect mixture of professionalism, care and humor. Highly recommend!
