Our number one commitment is to you, your care, and your happiness with your treatment. Most of our patients have been referred by their dentist, medical doctor, or a former happy patient. We realize that you may be anxious about your visit and uncertain about what to expect. We will make every attempt to reassure you and address your concerns.
It is very important that you are informed about any care that you may need. You will be able to discuss your treatment plan with Dr. Steen, Dr. Peysakhov or Dr. Rubens. The doctors and the staff are happy to answer any questions that you may have.
It is our intent that when you leave our office, you will be very pleased with our professionalism and all aspects of your treatment. We strive to administer the finest quality of oral and maxillofacial surgery available. We invite you to comment on anything that we may do to make your visit more comfortable.
Surgery may be scheduled any day that we are in the office. We generally try to preserve Fridays for patients who will need to arrange an escort and are planning to receive treatment under a general anesthetic.
The staff will be available to schedule appointments during our regular office hours. Appointments are scheduled at your earliest convenience whenever possible. Please call our office if you anticipate that you will be late. We ask for a 48 hour notice should you need to reschedule your appointment.
Dr. Steen, Dr. Peysakhov and Dr. Rubens are contracted with a number of insurance companies. We will be happy to bill your dental and medical insurance companies as a courtesy to you. Third party payment options, including Care Credit, may also be available to help you receive your desired care.
It is frequently necessary to perform surgery in the hospital or at an outpatient surgical facility for more lengthy and complex procedures. This may also be necessary when treating patients with special needs, or to provide a different level of anesthesia care. Dr. Steen and Dr. Peysakhov are attending oral and maxillofacial surgeons at Swedish Medical Center, Edmonds Campus and 1st Hill Campus.
