To our patients, referring providers, and community:

We at Bothell Oral, Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery are committed to doing everything possible to ensure the health of our patients and staff during the COVID-19 outbreak. We also are aware that our services are important for minimizing the dental infection and maxillofacial trauma burden on our patient community. In order to continue to provide care and maintain the healthiest possible environment, we have instituted protocols for our staff and patients in line with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, the World Health Organization, the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Our office has always maintained the highest standards in instrument/equipment sterilization and facility disinfection. We also routinely employ full personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols for everyone’s safety.

To slow the spread of COVID-19, we ask that any patient who has experienced a cough, shortness of breath, or fever (over 100.4°F or 38°C) in the last 2 weeks call the office and re-schedule before coming for an appointment.

If you have any questions about our office’s COVID-19 policies, please contact the office at 425.489.8274.

We will continue to do everything we can to continue to serve the health of the Bothell and surrounding communities.
