Where Strong
Smiles Begin
Strong bone. Strong implants.
Rebuild your foundation for a lasting smile.
When tooth loss or gum disease leads to bone loss in the jaw, dental implants may need extra support to succeed. Bone grafting restores the strength and volume of your jawbone, creating a solid, healthy foundation for implants. This safe, predictable procedure helps ensure your new teeth are secure, functional, and built to last. With today’s advanced techniques, bone grafting has become more comfortable and efficient than ever — helping patients regain confidence in both their smiles and oral health.
Key Benefits
- Strengthens your jaw for long-term implant success
- Restores natural bone structure and facial shape
- Prevents further bone loss after tooth loss
- Creates a solid, healthy foundation for implants
- Promotes natural bone regeneration and healing
- Improves implant stability and comfort
- Enhances the appearance and function of your smile

Step-by-Step Process:
- Consultation & 3D Imaging
Your journey begins with a personal consultation and a 3D scan of your jaw. This helps your surgeon assess your bone quality and determine the best grafting approach to support future implants. - Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your scan, we’ll recommend the right graft type — such as socket preservation (after extraction), ridge augmentation, or a sinus lift — and discuss timing with your implant placement. We also select graft material (your own bone, donor, or synthetic) and discuss timing with your implant. - Comfortable, Gentle Procedure
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, with sedation options available for complete relaxation. The grafting material — either from your own bone, a donor source, or synthetic material — is gently placed in the area where bone needs rebuilding, then protected with a small membrane before the area is closed with stitches.
- Same-Day vs. Staged Implant
If the bone is strong enough, an implant may be placed the same day. If not, we stage it: heal first, then place the implant when the foundation is ready. - Healing & Bone Regeneration
Over the next few months, your body naturally integrates with the graft, creating new, healthy bone. You’ll have simple home care instructions, mild soreness for a few days, and follow-up visits to monitor healing. Typical healing time: Socket grafts: 2–3 months; Ridge or sinus grafts: 4–6 months. - Implant Placement
Once the grafted area is fully healed and strong, your dental implant is placed precisely into the new bone foundation. In select cases, implants may be placed at the same time as the graft.
